CIB Updates Notice

As of 2/15/2017 the Tattoo and Permanent Cosmetic Technician, and Body Piercer CIBs have changed.

Please note that you are no longer required to present an apprentice license or temporary permit during your practical exam.

As of 9/16/16 the Tattoo and Permanent Cosmetic Technician, and Body Piercer CIBs have changed.

Please note that Distilled water is allowed to be used in the Tattoo Artist, Permanent Cosmetic Technician and Body Piercer exams.
